What are the causes of scratches when CNC machining parts?

CNC lathe machining, or CNC parts processing machine, is a machining machine used by our machining manufacturers. Oftentimes, scratches appear when CNC lathes are machining parts! Redo! Now let us Senze precision give you the answer to the reasons for the scratches on the parts processed by CNC lathes!

Causes and solutions of scratches in CNC lathe processing:

1. The tool holder is loose or the sliding plate insert is worn, which will cause the tool holder to swing. As a result, the parts were scratched. Therefore, before processing hardware parts, you should check whether the tool holder is securely installed. When checking, it must be shaken by hand.

 多样

2. This may also occur if the bearing is severely worn. At this point, the bearing must be replaced.

3. The chuck adjustment is too loose or the opening and closing claws are too loose or damaged. When the collet is too loose, the collet will not clamp the material tightly, which will cause the material to retreat, resulting in knife marks; in addition, if the opening and closing claws are too loose or damaged, the clamping of the collet will also be loosened or the opening and closing claws will be stressed on one side. Replace the jaws or further check the tightness of the collet.

4. The fixing screws of each transmission link are not locked or the gap is loose, and the compression spring or tension spring of each part is too loose, which will cause the tool to shake and tool marks.
